This backpack was a replacement for my child. I thought I was buying the same exact one in a different color. When this one arrived I realized it was so much better. This is made with heavy duty materials that can withstand being thrown around. I was a little worried about spending the money on it, but now am I positive you will love this. We bought the pure black with the cat ears that stick up on top. Definitely worth it.I was very hesitant to buy this bag because I read some reviews that said the durability wasn't great. I haven't had that experience at all. I think it holds up very well. It has definitely taken some hits, and still holds up great. There isn't an insert on the inside of the backpack, so you will feel the backs of pins, so do be aware if you have pins that tend to have the backs pop off. The plastic covering on the front has some sharp edges that hang out, so I did take a star off on durability for that, but those are the only concerns I have. Overall, pleasantly surprised!
