I ordered this purse for my sister for Christmas and it arrived here litterlly on Christmas Eve, which was fine because I ordered late. What was not fine was that open opening it I found two huge brown dirt stains under the plastic packing on the actual purse. This purse has stains on it and someone decided to package it in plastic and send it to me anyway! I was able to get the stains out with shout because I wanted my sister to have it for Christmas but that is just ridiculous that someone would do that, especially when it is so noticeable on the white parts of the purse! Other than that the blue is a little brighter in the pictures than in person but that is not really a big deal for me. This would have gotten a 4 of 5 if it hadn't arrived covered in dirt!Bought this for my daughter. She liked the size and the pockets and that it is slightly padded, unfortunately the strap has broken after less than a year use. She wore it a few times a week.I was looking for something to use on a normal everyday basis, and loved the chevron, and the cross body look, but when I got it I realized that it's so narrow you can't put much in it until the zippers won't close on the pockets. A few flat things and that's it. Won't be buying another one.The material is great and easy to clean. Love the pockets which give excellent ability to organize things. The size was a little larger than I expected, but still a great bag.its very small but i love it. adds to my twin peaks collection.The purse looks kind of cheap and I wish it were made out of better material but it still has great space and is big enough for everything i need to carry around.Cute purse. My 11 year old loved it!Perfect for my 10 year old! Just the right size for her 'stuff' and doesn't need a wallet to go with because of all the extra pockets w/zippers. Nothing I would change!
