I wanted a smaller purse to carry when I'm out shopping, hands free. Nice purse, but I should have listened to the other reviewers about the zipper. It is a flawed design! I thought I could get beyond it, so I ordered this purse. I sent it back because the darn zipper is ridiculous - it does not zip unless you pull the extra end of the zipper out.....and even then it's still not easy. Returned it.Love the size & design but the zipper area is too long causing the zipper to stick. Thought it was new & would eventually work but did not so I put a few stitches at the end to stop the zipper from opening all the way which is when it would stick. The stitches shortened the zipper path & finally solved the problem. This should not happen with a Tommy Hilfiger product.This bag appears to be made of good, sturdy material. As mentioned in several other reviews, the zipper is a pain as when it recedes too far it is very difficult to zip close. We like the bag so we are going to attempt to try and fix the zipper so that it cannot fully recede.Only thing I do not like is it’s hard to zip if it’s open all the wayThe bag is a simple modern design and just the right size. On has to sew a loop near the end of the zipper to keep it from getting stuck. This is a persistent problem with the product. Other reviews mention it as well. It is fixable, but one questions why this problem persists with the product. Tommy could do better.This is a nice size cross body bag.The leather feels lovely, the strap is adjustable, and it fits everything I need with the extra side pockets. I am so glad I got a deal on this bag! I love it.Has these super deep pockets on the outside and I’m constantly losing my keys down them. I basically turn the thing inside out looking for them and they are usually at the very bottom of one of these pockets. Super cute purse as well.I really love it! The size, the color, all! Have two more pockets outside.The only problem is with the zipper but is not a big deal, for the price is ok for me.The zipper keeps getting caught.
