I searched for a few days trying to find a solid hanger. After reading many reviews, this wall hanger/ mount has proved its worth and the wait (it was out of stock and wasn't shipped for about 2 weeks after I placed the order).I needed a safe saving heavy bag hanger/mount for my home gym. Only a wall hanger would meet my needs; previously, we had a ceiling hanger via ceiling joists, but it shook the entire upstairs (and china) whenever anyone used it.This wall hanger/ mount is a single piece; everything is welded, there's no weak points, and there's no moving parts. It shifts as a single item, so the packaging is large (it looks like a chair when it arrived).Mounting is a cinch (one person job). NOTE: this hanger comes with NO hardware for install. As a result, you need to be prepared with material ahead of time. Here's what I did: 1.) Buy 1/4 x 4" toggle bolts. 2.) use a masonry but to Drill 5/8" holes into the basement cinder block. 3.) use washers to compensate for the 0.5" holes in the hanger vs the toggle bolts. 4.) hang the hanger. 5.) tighten down on the bolts to lock the toggles inside the cinder block.
