This bag is thick, padded, durable and has heavy-duty wheels and zippers. So robust that when you fill it with gear -- we had two pairs of skis and two pairs of boats, plus one helmet, gloves, coats, pants, etc. -- it's kind of hard to wheel through the airport! It was 65 pounds full when weighed at the ticket counter. Look at it this way -- saves on other bag costs. Only used it once but very satisfied. I can even seeing using it for golf trips -- you could put a golf bag in there with every other bit of clothing you'd need for a long weekend trip.Wish it weighed just a little less. Somewhat difficult to maneuver. Seems durableThis ski bag has a large amount of space that allows for your outerwear to be packed with your skis and poles. Light weight and very durable. From someone who's been ski racing for 20 years and used to high quality ski gear, this bag is legit! The construction and materials used are of high quality and durable. I can't imagine a single handle or strap breaking. When loaded, it holds is shape well and rolls very nicely. It's also surprisingly light for how beefy it seems. There's enough padding that I wouldn't worry about an airline thrasing the $4,000 of gear inside. That being said, if you got caught up in the "US SKI TEAM" badging, take it with caution. They supply the freestyle team with goggles and poles. I guess its possible that the athletes use the bag personally though. My GS skis are 180 and it barely fits. You will NOT be able to get two pairs of skis with risers in here unless one pair is shorter (ie 165cm SL skis) and you can stagger the bindings. See the picture. Just make sure you lay out your skis and measure beforehand. The listed dimensions are true.Either way, I'm very happy with the bag and will be using it for years to come. The new Zipline ski bag has been the best ski bag I have ever owned! It has tones of room to fit both of my skis in when I travel to different countries and I haven't had a problem of not having enough room. The two pockets at the top have been amazing for fitting my ski boots into as most ski bags don't have that. I used to always have trouble trying to fit two pairs of skis as well as my ski boots in the main part of my old ski bags but luckily not anymore. The Zipline ski bag material is super durable for all weather conditions and will not get any gear inside of it wet! It has amazing large wheels with lots of grip that will go over and in anything. I have already traveled all around Switzerland and France using my new bag and it has not let me down once!It has been the best ski bag ever for me and I recommend it 100%!I was surprised upon opening how cool this bag looks! the sheen of the fabric in the Olive Green is handsome, and my sons immediately commented how cool looking the bag is. The fabric is bomber and all the pocketing is very functional. The padding and fabric provide an assurance that your equipment is well protected. Although the bag states 180cm, I was able to just barely squeeze in a pair of skis stating 185 in length, but mind you it was a very very tight squeeze. It does everything you want a good snowboard/ski bag to do, but with really nice style. the extra pole sleeves to protect your poles from other things packed like bindings on skis is considerate and useful. I like that the pocketing provides a way to organize a lot of different items for travel, wax, tuning tools, boots, etc. I like to "carry-on" my ski boots for safety, but I put my resort cold weather boots in this bag. Altogether very impressive. The quality of the bag is nice but the long rails on underside are held on with rivets that can break! Technically , I blame the airline on this and not so much the bag. Past return date so not sure what I'll do with this bag. Pretty sure I can put a rivet in it myself. This ski bag worked really well for my wife's and my skiis and poles. We really liked that it kept the poles off to the side securely. Our friends were immediately jealous and asked where we got such a fantastic bag. We couldn't recommend it enough. One note to potential buyers, we were only able to fit my wife's ski boots (size US10 women shoe) together into one of the pockets. My boots would not fit (size US12 men's shoe). Not a deal breaker, but good to know.As an added feature, I might recommend adding velcro to the pole pocket for quick release, as it can be a bit cumbersome to FISH the poles through the pocket. All said, great product. We would buy again in a heart beat.
