The bag is well built and seems like it will hold up to the abuse I dish out. Time will tell, as I've only had the bag for a couple days. Only complaint so far is that the zipper tends to hang up in the corners. However I have yet to use a bag of this style that did not do that.*NOTE* My bag arrived without the shoulder strap in the description. The second bag I purchased had the strap present. Since Amazon states that the seller will not provide a replacement, and I will have to return the item for a full replacement. I refuse to do that.The dimensions listed on Amazon were incorrect. If the actual dimensions had been listed, I probably wouldn't have bought It. Turns out, because there is no rigid insert, the box fits nicely into the confined space I have. All other features seem to be acceptable so far, but I've only used it once to date. If any problems arise in the future, I will post an update.my mom wanted a new lunch box and this one is a huge upgrade from her old bag, she loves it! She likes that it’s cute, has different carrying options and plenty of compartments. She never has an issue with the insulation either.The lunchbox is a nice size, smaller than most. The zippers catch on the stitching and do not move freely. The insulation is lacking, food does not stay cold beyond several hours even with gel freezer packs.Durable dickies cloth surface means it's durable. The thermal insulation is average for this type of lunch box, the two main pockets have plenty of space, and the mesh zipper holds my flatware easily. My most easily noted drawback is how annoying it is that the zippers for the upper compartment catch on the overlapping insulation inside. Otherwise and overall I'm very happy with my purchase.Great and I would buy from againThis fits everything I need for lunch very well.Al little small but arrived fast.
