AmeriBag Small Classic Microfiber Healthy Back Bag - Lightweight Supportive Backpack for Work, Travel & Daily Use - Comfortable Ergonomic Design for Commuters & Students

I purchased my first Healthy Back bag in 2000 or before, and I have used one most of the time ever since. This bag is my first purchase of the small bag and a lighter color (black or taupe medium were my mainstays). Features have changed a bit since my last purchase, and the smaller size has one less inner pocket. I am thrilled with the bag I purchased: microfiber (a densely and finely woven nylon-like material with no nap and a matte reflectance), size small, in Misty Blue. I was able to transfer all the content from my medium bag to the small bag. My stuff actually fits better because there is less room for the contents to roam around. None of the changes over the years reduced quality. Incidentally, my previous bags did not wear prematurely; I used them hard.I have been using Ameribag bags for many years and love the storage and shoulder comfort. My only issue has been the wear on the non-slip strap portion of the bag. I had to get this new one because although my old one was perfectly usable, except for the splitting non-slip portion of the strap. I contacted the company, but "normal wear and tear" is not covered by any warranty. For $80. I would expect it to last longer, but I'm not upset enough not to get a replacement.I have had one of these bags before, and they are great. They hold the right amount of items, the strap does not cut into your shoulder. This is the perfect bag for anyone who has arm or shoulder problems.I love all the pockets and that they are almost the same from one purse to the next. The one criticism I have is the elimination of a key hook in the very top of the purse. The first AmeriBag I purchased had a key hook in the very top of the purse I always put my car keys on that so that I can use the remote lock or unlock the car with out searching in my purse. This one has an endless ring there and I used a cheap round key ring to fasten the hook from an old purse to remedy the problem.I originally bought this bag several years ago in the medium and loved it! I use that bag every day for seven years and it held up so well and was so functional that I decided to buy a new one since it was just starting to show ware. I purchased the small and it is the perfect size!I had one that I used for years. It was finally starting to wear out. I’m glad I could find a replacement, but I wish they had NOT replaced the Velcro closers with magnets.Use for everyday. Have owned in the past. Would like them to consider one for concealed carry?I have used these purses for more than 10 years and they are extremely suitable for everyday use and for traveling. They have several pockets so you can stay organized.as a care worker out in the community and a type1 diabetic I have stuff I need to carry about with me. been using a standard backpack and by the end of a shift I've definitely felt the drag of the weight on my back and shoulders. so far in using this I havnt felt that same drag. I was going to go with a medium bag but glad I didn't. small fits all I need. let's face it the more space you have the more you find to fill it. lots of pockets and organisation. easy to flip round the front to access your things rather than remove if your on the go. glad I invested.I have searched all my life for the ideal handbag/backpack and now I have found it! This bag is full of pockets and hidey holes, is big enough for all my bits and pieces and is comfortable to carry either on one shoulder or cross body. I just love it, and for the cherry on the top I got it in a sale for half price!I already have a smaller version of this bag, but needed a bigger one for my holiday. These bags are really useful, they are strong and comfortable to wear. Plus when you get home you just put it in the washing machine and it comes up good as new.Bought it for a friend who has taken it it round America. On several cruises as it is ideal for carriying documentsIt sits nicely on the back and holds everything that I need for the weekend. I plan to buy the large one for work
